St Wilfrid’s Hospice DREAMBUILDING – THE STORY SO FAR
The project is progressing well and our contractors, Kier, returned to site in early January. At this time they also presented the Hospice with a cheque for £6,658.12p,raised during their 20/20 challenge. Building will continue throughout 2018, with completion due in the first quarter of 2019. Public site tours resumed in January and these can be booked online at www.dreambuilding.org.uk.
Fundraising continues apace, and we now have reached 84.6% of our target. This is remarkable, but it still leaves us £2.5million to raise in twelve months – a huge challenge for a small local charity.
